Full transparency: This is not therapy. Not ABA. Not a clinical service. EnFlo is a fitness coaching service — not a licensed clinical provider. Our programming draws on evidence-based approaches commonly used in developmental support settings, adapted specifically for fitness. What we offer is genuine connection, consistent presence, and a space where your child can be active with someone who truly understands how to support them.

Movement, connection, and confidence.

Every kid deserves something to look forward to after school — a reason to get outside, move their body, and spend time with someone who genuinely shows up for them.

Athletic Coaching

Running, bodyweight exercises, agility, coordination, sport-specific skills. Adapted to your child's ability, not a watered-down version of a "real" workout.

Real Relationships

This isn't a service provider clocking hours. Your child's coach will know their name, their quirks, what makes them laugh, and what shuts them down. Friend first, coach second.

Outdoor & Active

Sessions happen in parks, fields, and tracks — or in the comfort of your own home. Fresh air and open space, or a familiar, distraction-free environment. Movement the way it should feel.

Sensory-Aware

With years of hands-on experience supporting individuals across the autism spectrum, every session is paced, structured, and flexible — built on the same principles of individualization that families trust in clinical environments, adapted for fitness.

Consistency Over Intensity

The goal isn't to crush workouts. It's to build a habit of movement, grow physical confidence, and create something sustainable your child actually wants to do.

Family Communication

Parents get updates, progress notes, and honest feedback. You'll always know what's happening in sessions and how your child is doing.

Getting started is simple.

No intake forms. No clinical evaluations. Just a conversation.

Free Intro Call

We talk about your child — their interests, needs, energy, and what you're hoping for. No pressure, no pitch.

Free Trial Session

Your child meets their coach for a real session — outdoors or in-home, active, no pressure. This is about seeing if the fit is right for your child and your family. No obligation.

Decide Together

After the trial, we talk honestly. If it's a great fit, we set up a schedule. If it's not, no hard feelings — we'll tell you straight.

Ongoing Check-ins

Regular updates with parents. Adjustments based on progress, energy, and what your child responds to best.

Need a bridge, not a long-term plan? That works too.

EnFlo's coaching is built on specialized training and real experience with individuals on the autism spectrum. Every session reflects an understanding of sensory needs, communication differences, and what it actually takes to help someone build a habit, get comfortable being active, or gain enough confidence to walk into a gym or join a group for the first time.

And there's no long-term commitment required. Whether your family needs three months or a year, EnFlo is here for as long as it makes sense.

Build a routine from zero

Go from no physical activity to a consistent, enjoyable movement habit they actually stick with.

Get gym-ready

Learn exercises, build confidence with equipment, and feel comfortable enough to train on their own or with a group.

Try something new

Use sessions to explore different activities — running, sports, hiking — and find what clicks for them long-term.

Simple options. Real commitment.

Every session includes 60 minutes of 1-on-1 coaching, an outdoor location or in-home visit that works for your family, a post-session parent recap, and direct text/call access to your coach. Here's how families typically train:

1x / Week

Building the Foundation

  • Consistent weekly schedule
  • Post-session parent recaps
  • Where the routine starts

3x / Week

Full Commitment

  • Deep relationship & trust building
  • Bi-weekly progress reports
  • Priority scheduling

Drop-in sessions also available.

Omar — enFlo Fitness

I'm Omar — the founder and coach behind EnFlo Fitness. My background spans years of hands-on experience supporting students with autism and developmental disabilities in a public school setting, as well as coaching high school track and cross country. That combination taught me how to connect with individuals across the spectrum — understanding sensory needs, communication styles, and what actually helps someone feel safe enough to engage.

That experience drove me to earn the ACSM Autism Exercise Specialist Certificate® — a specialized credential that combines my real-world understanding of this population with evidence-informed fitness programming. I started EnFlo because the individuals I've worked with have more energy, curiosity, and potential than most people give them credit for — they just need the right environment and the right person to bring it out. I want to be the person your child is excited to see — and the reason they actually want to get outside.

Questions parents ask.

No. This is athletic coaching — not ABA, not occupational therapy, not any clinical intervention. EnFlo is a fitness coaching service, not a licensed therapy provider. Our approach is evidence-informed and therapeutically structured, but sessions focus on physical activity, relationship building, and getting your child moving in a way that respects their needs.

EnFlo works with a range of ages — from school-age children to young adults. Each session is tailored to the individual regardless of age. During the intro call, we'll discuss whether it's a good fit for your child specifically.

Families who commit to a weekly schedule get membership pricing with the best per-session rates. Drop-in sessions are also available. Your first session is always free — no strings attached. Reach out and we'll walk you through the options.

Sessions happen outdoors at parks, fields, and tracks throughout Central Orange County — including Irvine, Tustin, Newport Beach, Yorba Linda, Costa Mesa, and Santa Ana. In-home sessions are also available for families who prefer training in a familiar, comfortable environment. No gym membership or facility needed.

Not at all. Sessions start where your child is — physically and emotionally. The goal is movement and connection, not performance. Some sessions might be high-energy; others might be a walk and a conversation. Both count.

Absolutely. Parents and caregivers are welcome at every session. Some families prefer to stay nearby, others drop off once comfort is established. Whatever works best for your family.

That's part of the process. Your coach won't force anything. If your child needs to sit, decompress, or just hang out — that's a valid session. Showing up consistently matters more than any single workout.

Not currently. This is a private-pay service. However, becoming a vendored provider through Regional Center is something EnFlo is actively exploring.

That's exactly what the free first session is for. There's zero obligation. If it's not the right match — for your child, your family, or Omar — everyone walks away with no hard feelings. Honesty is the foundation here.

First session, free. Let's see if it clicks.

No commitment, no pressure. It has to work for your child and your family — and we'll be honest with you either way.
